Westwood Recruitment are looking for three resourcers to work in a growing team in Cheadle.
Established in 2021, Westwood Recruitment currently have 16 members of staff working within Construction, Engineering, Civil, Industrial and Logistics all of them being allocated specific sectors.
This role is a full time permanent opportunity for the right candidate with scope for progressing onto a full 360 recruitment consultant position.
Below are some key details about what the role will entail.
- Screening potential candidates
- Sourcing for available roles
- Complete paperwork relevant to candidates required documentation
- Ensuring all candidates and clients are compliant for the branch.
- Answering calls and delivering a high level of customer service.
- Typing up job adverts and posting on relevant channels to drive candidate attraction.
- Interviewing potential candidates
- Research, understand and become a trusted advisor within multiple industry sector(s).
- To support a consultant with the delivery of recruitment assignments, understanding timeframes and work to a quality that will exceed the Clients expectations.
- Build and maintain excellent candidate relationships and keep them informed of assignment progress.
- Working towards performance targets.
- Be knowledgeable of the talent services provided to offer informed advice to Clients.
